  Very unprofessional and has ties to companies that are possibly in the wrong and will not give you the facts. Be aware of this firm they are likely on retainer by big corporations to ensure your case goes nowhere. You can easily prove connections between this firm's employees and numerous corporation employees. If they take your case they likely have no connection or the case is indisputable and they take it.

  I have only written one review in my life, until today. After seeing what my wife has gone through, I feel the public should be made aware of the poor practice of Berman Law Group. As an accountant, I know what a good attorney/client relationship should be like. Be warned! Craig Berman was quick to take my wife's money, but didn't respond to several calls or emails afterwards. After spending $xxxx with this so called attorney for unemployment related issues, we feel completely shafted by the lack of effort Craig Berman put into our case. Prior to receiving payment, Mr. Berman said that he would be able to get a change of venue to move our case to Pinellas County. This didn't happen. Furthermore, Mr. Berman said that we'd be able to negotiate a discounted repayment, to the State of Florida, due to the nature of the case. The day of mediation, Mr. Berman told us that he isn't going to be able to do anything to reduce the amount owed. Sure, months before he had no problems taking our initial payment of $xxxx and the fee to continue to mediation of $xxxx; Two hours prior to our scheduled mediation, Mr. Berman told us that he will not be able to reduce the amount owed. About 20 minutes prior to mediation, Mr. Berman was FINALLY reading the email attachments that were sent 1-2 months prior. When it comes down to it, it seems Mr Berman told us what we wanted to hear just so he could make some cash for himself. Shame on you Mr. Berman! You knew what the outcome would be prior to the mediation which leads me to believe you knew what the outcome would be prior to taking our money. I guess that's why they call lawyers, liars. We should have taken the lack of email and phone communication as a sign to get out…fast. This entire experience with Craig Lewis Berman has left us with a very sour taste. To you readers out there, I recommend you steer clear and far away from Berman Law Group in St. Petersburg, Florida. Please take our advice and save your money for an attorney that is diligent in finding a good solution for you. I don't generally say negative things about people, but I will NEVER recommend this attorney to anyone, for anything. I could go into further details about the poor experience with Craig Berman, but I'm going to walk away with a little bit of dignity. If you decide to hire Mr. Berman, keep in mind that you've been warned!
