  I spoke to Shane about purchasing a diamond ring and some other items I no longer needed. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a very fair price for the items.   Where do I begin?? David Reynolds Jewelry has been beyond professional, friendly, and accommodating! I had my fiance's engagement ring custom made from them and it came out beautiful and exactly what I expected. At first I was not sure exactly of what I wanted and they helped me narrow down my options to be sure that it would be what I wanted and my future wife would love to wear. Along the way the Jeweler sent me emails (which is my preferred method of contact) to keep me up to date on the progress of the ring. He made sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way before moving forward. The best part was that I got an amazing ring with amazing quality for the most affordable price in the bay area (believe me, I shopped around for the best pricing for months). This store is an hour away from where I live and I plan on doing business with them for all my jewelry needs going forward because of the level of service and quality of product for the right price that I received!
