- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆My general experience with post office is very bad. But Cynthia at this office was very friendly and helpful! When I went during the day, it can got really busy and their efficiency may decrease. But this time, I went in the morning when I was the only customer and right after I was done, a line was already there. My suggestion would be just go early.By Yilei Zhang, September 12, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't recommend anyone to send their international package through them I had a bad experience with them. I sent an international package to Egypt for 60.50 dollars and my package was lost out of the US so I went there to check what had happened then the supervisor there at that time recommended me to call customer service number and I did then they sent me a claim to put my signature on it and take it back to this post office where I mailed my package at to be able to refund my money back then and I did as required but they let me go back and forth to their office two times and they argued that they should call their office in Tampa to check if they have the responsibility to refund my money back or not but today I went there and finally they refused my claim although it wasn't my fault and said that it was out of their responsability and I should call the customs in Egypt I don't know why they were unfriendly and unhelpful with me .By Mohab Ibrahim, June 04, 2017
