- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible, terrible, terrible. Manager is so rude and a complete b_tch. I was told to wait for her to help with a problem I had. She was on the phone at the time on a personal call. I was standing right next to her while patiently waiting for her to finish. She saw me standing there, but took her sweet time in helping me. I timed my wait, and it was 15 minutes before she acknowledged me. I then looked at the time log on the phone she was using, and her personal call lasted a total of 45 minutes. There is also limited parking downtown, and there are always postal trucks parked in 3 or 4 of the 5 or 6 spaces reserved for customers. Those spaces also have a 15 minute time limit on them, but the post office trucks are there for hours sometimes. I know they have a job to do, and they have to load the trucks so they can deliver the mail to us, but they also need to use their space allotted for their trucks. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Asian women with the nose ring has no reason to be in the pawn business . she tried to said my 2.25 carat diamond watch wasn't real diamonds and yet I have had it test before and they come up real diamonds. She knew I was pawning it NOT SELLING IT but continued to say oh your getting rid of it right? When I asked for my item back and would go somewhere else she grabbed my item and said no wait I'll ask my boss and held my item instead of giving it back to me. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had an excellent watch buying experience with sales assoc. Bryan Westmiller and the others at Old Northeast in St. Pete. He showed me several different styles of watches to start for the purpose of figuring out what I liked so he knew what to show me, he did not push me on my price, did the work to switch out bands (rather than ask me to just visualize how it might look with a different band), and just took great care of the overall sale.
