  We just signed up with Paychex after meeting with John-Michael Cabot, their Major Market Consultant. He answered all our questions, walked us through step by step and tailored exactly what we needed. We signed up for the Paychex Flex platform and I can't say enough about how impressed we were with all the features it has. I highly recommend Paychex and even higher recommend John-Michael. I'd ask for him specifically!

  FIRST PLEASE NOTE ALL THE EMPLOYEE REVIEWS THAT MAKE UP THERE 4.2 STAR RATING. LOOK FURTHER AND YOU WILL SEE IT WAS ONLY TO PUSH DOWN THE NEGATIVE FEED BACK FROM ACTUAL CUSTOMERS. ..WITH THAT BEING SAID..... Absolutely the most horrific experience. (THAT IS STILL ON GOING) by far, one of the most complicated companies we have ever used for our payroll services. We have had every issue under the moon happen. For starters, they were putting the wrong amounts for pay checks into other employees accounts. (this happened 3 times!) Then they paid one employee twice a few weeks in a row. Then they over drafted our payroll account because they processed it wrong. BUT HERES THE REAL KICKER. THEY NEVER PAID OUR STATE UNEMPLOYMENT TAXES, NEVER FILED ANY TAXES ON OUR BEHALF. THEN STATED THEY TOOK OUR MONIES THEY HAD TAKEN TO PAY ONE OF THE TAXES HOWEVER THEY USED IT FOR AN AGENCY FEE RATHER THEN PAYING THE TAXES ON IT. LONG STORY SHORT. WE THUS FAR HAVE PAID OVER 6000.00 IN BACK TAXES AS WELL AS MANY MANY FEES FROM 2016 DUE TO LATE PENALTYS. I WOULD REALLY CONSIDER ALTERNATE COMPANIES. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO WORK WITH THEM, I WOULD DEF. PAY ATTENTION TO EVERY REPORT AS THEY WILL NOT NOTIFIY YOU DIRECTLY RE: ANYTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY. ONLY CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU AND WHEN YOU CANCEL, JUST WAIT, YOU WILL START TO RECIEVE ALL THE NOTICES. ... also, please note: the customer service takes many days for reply. If they cause an error expect at least a 3 to 5 days for them to find a way to respond.
